In 2003, Patrick McManamy opened The Law Office of Patrick J. McManamy, P.C., focusing on Residential and Commercial Real Estate closings. Two years later, Patrick merged his practice with another well-known Atlanta Real Estate Attorney, Joseph “Joe” Ferguson, to create Ferguson McManamy Attorneys at Law, LLC. After four years in practice together, Joe retired from Ferguson McManamy, which inspired a new wave of growth within the firm. Brendon “Bren” McLeod acquired Joe’s interest in the firm and Kati Heller became the Managing Partner of the Intown office. Bren’s prior experience in Commercial Litigation and Kati’s proven leadership skills and expertise helped to diversify and round out the management of the firm. In April 2010, the firm was renamed McManamy McLeod Heller, LLC, “MMH”. That same year, MMH acquired the Corporate Relocation practice of Jamie Sibold & Associates. Since then, the firm has grown from its roots as a traditional closing and title practice to offering Corporate Relocation, Commercial Title and Closing, and Default Services on a statewide basis. MMH has extended the practice even further to include Bulk Sale Transfers as well as Business and Estate Planning Services. The firm acts as State Counsel for multiple Relocation Management Companies, including those acquired as a part of the firm’s merger with Drake Chandler’s local Atlanta Relocation firm in 2016. Through meaningful expansion, we have compiled a dedicated staff, many of whom have worked for the firm for over 10 years.
